Your registration fee plus 50% of the cost of functions and day tours per
person plus your first nights accommodation and deposits for Pre & Post
Tours is required upon
booking with your completed Registration Form. The balance of your payment
is required by 30th April 2010.

Cancellations
• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• Dinners, tours and other activities, the following will apply:
- Where notice is given 30 days prior to 1 June 2010 50% of the total cost
will be forfeited.
- Where notice is given 1-29 days prior to 1 June 2010 100% of the total
cost will be forfeited.
• Pre and Post Tours the following will apply:
- Where notice is given 45 days prior to 1 June 2010 50% of the total cost
will be forfeited.
Price
Prices are based on Australian dollars and are correct at the time of
printing.
All prices include Australian GST.
Itineraries
Itineraries may be subject to alteration without notice as a result of bad
weather, strikes, change of circumstances or local festivals.
Any additional expenses incurred as a result are not the responsibility of
the organisers.
No guarantee can be given as to the exact departure and arrival times for
carriers used in the Rendezvous.
Documentation
Only after final payment has been received will documents be issued directly
to the registrant.
Important information - Exclusion of Liability
Whilst Darwin Probus Rendezvous 2010 Organising Committee Inc. will take all
responsible steps to ensure that the registrants have an enjoyable
Rendezvous. It accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage due to
eventualities beyond its control.
The tours listed in this brochure include the service of operators which are
not under the direct control of the Rendezvous organisers. Whilst the
organisers take all reasonable
care in selecting these operators, it cannot accept responsibility for these
operators conduct or the conduct of their employees and agents.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in costs.
It is a matter for each individual registration whether or not to take
travel insurance as a protection against unforeseen events.
